So when you say 'Schedule' what do yo mean
Is the schedule the same as a chat room?
So do you schedule who you want to speak to ahead of time as opposed to students just coming to a chat room?
So, do actual timeframes need to be set aside for each student engagement in the schedule?
Can you have multiple recruiters at the same time?
How many people/ students can we have/schedule in the chat room?
So a student signs up for 1;00pm for example, can we set aside 15 minute blocks so that we could engage with 4 per hour for example?

Can Employers contact students to schedule time?
Would it be possible or make sense to create a generic schedule of timeframes that applys to all recruiters equally so that one company for example doesn't open up 20 schedules vs. another who only opens up 1, etc
Normally we would meet a student at the fair and use that interaction to determine whether we want to interview them. It sounds like there is an option to review student resume prior to scheduling them?

regarding the banner and logo displayed in the app, do companies need to provide you that information? by when?
I feel like a normal year we'd balance the investment of the week-worth of events with the expected opportunity to meet students, i.e, when we're all in the same networking event or we're all in the Gym, you have an equalization of the exposure for each company. Not confident how to optimize the CFplus format
so if a student doesn't show up for the spot they signed up for we will automatically be cut off from our current meeting even if the next person isn't there?
So to recap...the chats/interviews are really replacing the in-person career fair interaction. If we want to do additional interviewing, that would replace what we normally do the day after the career fair?

will there be some guidelines on how to set up the follow up interviews? Mainly guidelines for students, so they can schedule their time wisely?
If your company has banned use of Zoom due to security issues with Zoom, can we engage with students through Skype?
So if we have a student interaction booked for 1pm-1:15pm and we are still talking with the student, will our group chat automatically end?
After initial registration can we change the names of the recruiters attending, if necessary, or add additional recruiters for the $25.00 fee?

I'm sensing that the feel of the interaction may be different. We rely heavily on the interpersonal skills of the in person interaction, so i anticipate less acuity with assessing these skills with the virtuatl platform
Who is the best person to contact if we have questions that are more specific to our company?

I am glad we will be able to do the video as we have experienced the chat only which is horrible
All schools are doing the same so it's the way it is. Just trying to identify unique ways to enhance the experience.
I have been on about 8 virtual career fairs this year, and they have went very well, and the ones with Video have been very helpful in sorting that out.
