I'm here
Jay Ramer

So when you say 'Schedule' what do yo mean
Carolyn Rogers
36:56
Is the schedule the same as a chat room?
Carolyn Rogers
38:44
So do you schedule who you want to speak to ahead of time as opposed to students just coming to a chat room?
Jay Ramer
38:49
So, do actual timeframes need to be set aside for each student engagement in the schedule?
Spencer Streeter
38:53
Can you have multiple recruiters at the same time?
Amanda Correa
38:58
How many people/ students can we have/schedule in the chat room?
Jay Ramer
40:20
So a student signs up for 1;00pm for example, can we set aside 15 minute blocks so that we could engage with 4 per hour for example?
Mary Beth DelVero
41:08
Can Employers contact students to schedule time?
Jay Ramer
41:49
Would it be possible or make sense to create a generic schedule of timeframes that applys to all recruiters equally so that one company for example doesn't open up 20 schedules vs. another who only opens up 1, etc
Nancy Ledvina
42:09
Normally we would meet a student at the fair and use that interaction to determine whether we want to interview them. It sounds like there is an option to review student resume prior to scheduling them?
Jay Ramer
42:31
what Nancy Ledvina said >...
Ashley Landis
42:52
is there a waiting room of sorts? so if we are on with a student we see that the next appointment is waiting?
Joe Primeau
43:49
regarding the banner and logo displayed in the app, do companies need to provide you that information? by when?
Jay Ramer
44:36
I feel like a normal year we'd balance the investment of the week-worth of events with the expected opportunity to meet students, i.e, when we're all in the same networking event or we're all in the Gym, you have an equalization of the exposure for each company. Not confident how to optimize the CFplus format
Ashley Landis
45:13
so if a student doesn't show up for the spot they signed up for we will automatically be cut off from our current meeting even if the next person isn't there?
Nancy Ledvina
45:15
So to recap...the chats/interviews are really replacing the in-person career fair interaction. If we want to do additional interviewing, that would replace what we normally do the day after the career fair?
Jackie Harms
45:40
So the interviews are separate from both days? also, what Ashley said
Jay Ramer
47:19
will there be some guidelines on how to set up the follow up interviews? Mainly guidelines for students, so they can schedule their time wisely?
Jay Ramer
49:01
If your company has banned use of Zoom due to security issues with Zoom, can we engage with students through Skype?
Amy Rinscheid
50:18
So if we have a student interaction booked for 1pm-1:15pm and we are still talking with the student, will our group chat automatically end?
Alexis Vicenzi
51:20
After initial registration can we change the names of the recruiters attending, if necessary, or add additional recruiters for the $25.00 fee?
Olivia Marquette
52:58
For the Career Development Events where or who to we reach out to if we are interested in these events?
Burcin Tolu
53:24
Could you please publish those dates mentioned?
Jay Ramer
56:25
What has the student's reaction/reception been to the virtual career fair format?
Katie Amar-Fox
57:53
Is there a proposed platform that we use for interviews the following day after the fair?
Jay Ramer
59:22
I'm sensing that the feel of the interaction may be different. We rely heavily on the interpersonal skills of the in person interaction, so i anticipate less acuity with assessing these skills with the virtuatl platform
Jackie Krawczak
01:00:58
Who is the best person to contact if we have questions that are more specific to our company?
Joseph Williams
01:01:02
when should we be anticipating demo information in the future?
Ashley Landis
01:01:25
I am glad we will be able to do the video as we have experienced the chat only which is horrible
Jay Ramer
01:01:32
All schools are doing the same so it's the way it is. Just trying to identify unique ways to enhance the experience.
Spencer Streeter
01:01:36
I have been on about 8 virtual career fairs this year, and they have went very well, and the ones with Video have been very helpful in sorting that out.
Jay Ramer
01:01:59
Thanks Spencer Streeter
Erin McLaughlin
01:02:42
We'll miss seeing you in person, of course, but thanks for finding a way to help us employers connect with your students as best as possible in these unusual times!
Joseph Williams
01:03:01
